Location: Royal Drawing School, Charlotte Road, London, EC2A 3SG. (Hybrid working i.e. Combining working in the office and working from home available via our Flexible Working Policy - 1-2 days per week available for the right candidate)

This prestigious School is regarded as the world's leading institution offering in-depth quality observational drawing tuition for adults and children of all ages and abilities. Founded in 2000 by HM King Charles III (then the HRH the Prince of Wales), it now teaches over 3000 students a week in its studios in London, on international residencies and digitally in over 25 countries.
The School is looking to appoint a Head of HR, this role is to partner with and support the Principal with all elements of HR strategy, people related activities and operational delivery to ensure the effective running of the School.

As Head of HR, you will provide end to end HR leadership and operational delivery including recruitment, training, reward, payroll and operational HR services, and internal communications, to ensure all resources are engaged and managed in the most beneficial way and revenue growth is promoted whilst ensuring compliance with best practice and legally compliant employment standards. Importantly the Head of HR will be part of creating a great environment for learners and teachers to enable the School to deliver its mission.
This role is suitable for someone who has extensive knowledge and recent work experience as a Head of HR or similar role where they are accustomed to leading an HR team or department. With our flexible working policy this role is open to hybrid home working and is a part time role (3 days a week).
