Terms and conditions

Public courses bookings policy

Please note that all places are allocated on a first come first served basis. So please apply early to avoid disappointment. No refund is available once the course has started. If cancelling before the beginning of the relevant term or holiday course booked, a 50% refund can be arranged. Please note that for drop-in bookings there are no refunds available. A fee of £10 will be charged for bounced cheques. The School is under no obligation to provide an additional class if a student misses one. We are unable to transfer courses to a following term. The School reserves the right to deny booking any student or to remove any student immediately from a course in line with the School's Policies and the Student Code of Conduct. In the instance that a student is removed from a course a refund for remaining sessions will be issued.

Privacy and photography

All Royal Drawing School courses are photographed for reference and for marketing the School and its programmes to the public. The images are for commercial use and may appear on our website, in email newsletters, on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), in our printed and digital materials including brochures, leaflets, print and online adverts, posters and outdoor adverts, in materials sent out to the media, in fundraising materials or in reports to funding bodies and in other marketing activity not listed here. Please note that some materials may be used for international marketing campaigns. If you would not like to be included in the photographs taken during the course, please speak to a member of the Public Programme team. View our Privacy Policy in full here.

Please note, that if you share with the team a medical condition or mental health specific diagnosis, we endeavour to disclose this information to Safeguarding Leads and tutors, in order to give you the best care during your time on the course. To deliver a comprehensive learning experience in our online courses, we will create a Padlet account for you using your email address. Padlet is an interactive digital learning platform essential to our course delivery.
