Biography

Deanio is a multidisciplinary artist exploring experimental material combinations in drawings and paintings to reimagine concealed perspectives in historic and literary narratives.

With a background in American Studies (History and Literature) from the University of Kent and an Ma scholarship at the Royal Drawing School, Deanio's work is informed by the humanities as a broad field of study, particularly the timeless intersections of culture, migration and memory as conveyed by literature and visual art.
