Biography
Leo Macdonald Oulds uses observational drawing to explore the sensation and emotion of familiar places and people. His exploration of printmaking and drawing is an attempt to simultaneously evoke both physical presence and the relationship between artist and sitter. The autobiographical nature of his work has meant that during the pandemic subject matter has shifted from open public spaces to the domestic.
