Richard Ayodeji Ikhidestudied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, where he specialised in Printed Textiles. After graduating, he felt the need to focus on his drawing skills, applying to The Drawing Year to push his practice further towards a fine art context. His current work deals with the idea of creating a personal mythology and the importance of myth to modern man. Richard uses drawing to begin to express intangible ideas in a tangible, material form.
