Michael Landy

Michael Landy (born 1963) is an English artist, one of the so-called Young British Artists (YBAs). He is best known for the performance piece cum-installation, Break Down (2001), in which he destroyed all of his possessions. In 2008 he exhibited a series of portrait drawings in a solo show at the Thomas Dane Gallery.
