Tamar Garb

Tamar Garb is Durning Lawrence Professor at University College, London. She has written on several French 19th century painters, including Morisot, Caillebotte, Seurat and Cézanne. ‘Bodies of Modernity’ was published by Thames and Hudson in 1998, in 2007 Yale brought out ‘The Painted Face: Portraits of Women in 19th century French Art’.
