Young Artists Easter Holiday Course Aged 10-15

Characters at Your Table

This course will introduce Young Artists to a range of media through sculpture, collage and observational drawing from the centre of your world - your table. More so now than ever tables are the heart of the home, a meeting point, a place for communication, nourishment, work and learning too.

We will celebrate difference and explore identity, inviting characters depicted in plays, film, sculptures, paintings, and drawings, to join you 'at your table'. There is space for working from a model too, as well as each other, to express ideas and share experiences in the creation of a rich and compelling scene through drawing.

Characters at Your Table is designed for Young Artists ages 10–15. Our expert tutor and practicing artist will teach live and interactive via Zoom between 10am – 4pm with regularly scheduled breaks to combat screen fatigue.

Once online, you will be able to interact with other Young Artists; as well as receive individual feedback and support. If you wish to receive a materials pack, please select this at the time of booking.
