One year foundation course
The final year of the Royal Drawing School’s Foundation Year has graduated and the course is now closed. The decision follows the School’s desire to refocus activity at its main campus in Shoreditch, and develop new ways in which it can support school leavers on their creative journeys.
Our sister charity, The Prince’s Foundation, has launched a new one year foundation course for school leavers preparing for Higher Education. The Prince’s Foundation Diploma Year focuses on the interplay between traditional skills, innovation and creativity. The course will investigate Applied Arts processes and concepts, partnering with the Royal Drawing School to deliver the Fine Art component. The Prince’s Foundation’s new course will run from the same site at Trinity Buoy Wharf, Docklands. If you would like to register your interest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
In the meantime, the Royal Drawing School continues to offer over 200 courses in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture on the Public Programme for students aged 18 and over and a new three month short course for school leavers.
