Young Artists Online
Young Artists Online is for students who are looking for ways to be creative, have fun, learn and express themselves direct from their own homes. These courses offer students who are unable to attend our studios immersive and interactive sessions from experienced tutors.
Drawing Clubs (10-14) and Young Associates (15-18) are available online with courses delivered by our alumni tutors, live and interactive via Zoom. Once connected, students will be able to interact with other Young Artists as well as receive individual feedback and support from our tutors, all of whom are practicing artists. The fee for this programme is £200 per term. Students will need to source their own materials and we will provide you with a list of recommended materials for the course once you have booked.
The school is committed to making all courses offered affordable and available to those who have a passion and aptitude for drawing. Therefore we offer a number of 50% and 100% means-tested scholarships for each course. We welcome applications from all students who feel that the Young Artists Online programme would benefit their studies and broaden their opportunities.
If you would like to apply for a scholarship place please complete the Young Artists Scholarship application form. You do not need to book separately through the website and we will contact you if we need any further information.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries.
Students will need to source their own materials and we will provide you with a list of recommended materials for the course once you have booked. Students may also be asked to gather household objects to draw from as instructed by their tutor.
Safety of young artists is always our number one priority. Moving our provision online requires every parent/guardian to consent to our teaching in your home. Adults are welcome to supervise activities, although they can take a breather if they wish. Each young artist booked onto our course will receive a student handbook, which will detail how to be safe when learning from home online. For more information please refer to our Digital Teaching and Learning Code of Conduct for Students.
These courses will be taking place online using Zoom and Padlet.
