Artist Residencies & Alumni Manager (maternity cover)
About the role
This role will develop and manage educational and artistic partnerships for the School, with a focus on artist residencies. It will also coordinate and evaluate programmes that strengthen alumni relations within the School and beyond, while creating opportunities for alumni to further their professional development through artist residencies and teaching programmes.

Freelance Frontend Developer: Hubspot
About the role
The Royal Drawing School is looking for a freelance frontend developer to support us with our website. Our site runs on HubSpot CMS with custom objects and some React modules, the codebase uses React and TypeScript. We also have a critical BookingLive integration via webhooks that sometimes needs troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and improve HubSpot templates, modules, and custom objects
- Triage and fix issues quickly, including webhook and form problems in HubSpot CMS and CRM
- Build small features and UI components that match our existing design
- Keep pages fast, accessible, and consistent on mobile and desktop
Must have
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on HubSpot CMS and HubL
- React experience, including React inside HubSpot modules
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, and debugging webhooks using HubSpot CRM and Make It Future software
- Git workflow and clear comms during UK business hours
- Experience with Make It Future integrations and data mapping through HubSpot CRM Workflows
Nice to have (experience with)
- BookingLive or similar booking platforms
- Performance, accessibility, and SEO best practice
- Firebase/serverless function architecture
- Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and CRM reporting
Engagement

- RDS managed backlog with Kanban board
