Drawn Together – Exhibition and Workshops at Green & Stone

Online Drawing Development Year
Designed by artists, for artists, the Online Drawing Development Year is an innovative new course that has been devised to allow arts graduates and those with a developing studio practice, to benefit from live online drawing tuition and a structured critical dialogue with tutors, mentors, and peers over the course of three terms.

Drawn Together | The Gallery at Green and Stone
Hosted by the Gallery at Green & Stone, Drawn Together, will showcase a curated selection of drawings by Studio 22 - a collective of 20 artists who have spent the last 12 months developing their practice on the Online Drawing Development Year 2022.

The exhibition offers a rich range of work, from observation to imagination and storytelling. The graduating artists, a diverse group in experience, age and backgrounds have gelled as a tight-knit community who support each other in the endeavour to rediscover, disrupt, and expand their artistic practice through drawing.

Royal Drawing School Workshops in Collaboration with Green & Stone
Accompanying the exhibition is an events programme including three workshops, led by Royal Drawing School faculty Rachel Mercer and Paul Fenner (lead tutors on the Online Drawing Development Year) and Katy Papineau. These 2.5 hour workshops cover portraiture, imagination and drawing from the cityscape. All materials will be supplied by Green & Stone. All classes will be held at the Gallery, surrounded by the work of Studio 22.
