Receptionist and Facilities Administrator

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time: 2 days a week (flexibility to cover full week to cover other receptionist)

Location: 19 -22 Charlotte Road, London EC2A 3SG

The King’s Foundation and Royal Drawing School are recruiting for a parttime Receptionist & Facilities Administrator to be the first point of contact for both charities onsite. The Receptionist & Facilities Administrator is responsible for front of house administration and attending to visitor requirements in a friendly manner, as well as supporting the Facilities Manager with building compliance administration.  This role is a job share working 2 days a week, with the flexibility to also cover fulltime when the other receptionist is on leave.
