Pat Macdonald

Pat Macdonald, lives in Kent. Keeping a regular practice and harbours aspirations to make a children's book and study art therapy. His drawings stemming from portraiture are mixed with organic dark humour. Folk art, typography, printmaking, mural art and poetry influence him "It's a sad and beautiful world" A fond quote from the film "Down by Law" by Jim Jarmusch inspires him to emulate this view in his everyday practice. He sells his watercolours in Frank Gallery, nestled in coastal Whitstable.
